SunShine Glass Works was created by Susan West as a home based business in 1997. She began painting glass upon a request from her brother to create a window for his home. This quickly turned from a hobby into a business. We sell only on the Internet. We thrive on custom work! Please let us know if there is any design that you would like us to create just for you.

Shipping/Handling Policy:

Free Shipping and Handling within the US on all regular retail sun catcher orders! Custom orders may have shipping charges. Up to five products will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. More than five items will be shipped either USPS or FedEx Ground. Express Shipping is extra.

We do ship internationally. Please email us for shipping costs.
Most orders will be shipped out in approximately 10 - 14 business days. Our current turn around time is approximate 3 weeks. Custom orders will be sent in 5 - 8 weeks.

Shipping costs for Jar Scents and Shea Butter are according to the following table. The exception to this is if sun catchers are ordered at the same time. In this case up to 2 will be shipped for free. More than 2 and shipping charges will apply according to the following table, same as if no sun catchers were ordered.

Return Policy:

We will gladly refund, exchange or credit your order (minus shipping charges) for any reason within 15 days of purchase with prior approval. Please contact us for return authorization. Merchandise must be returned in original condition. No refunds or returns on jar scents and custom orders. Back to top
